I was absolutely shocked at the lack of attention to detail here. The breakfast was never really hot, and the kettle in my room was extreeeemely noisy. I expected an upgrade for such a 'fancy' hotel, but nope. I almost considered leaving a good review, then realized I just couldn’t, given these ridiculous oversights. Disappointing, to say the least.

I had a fantastic stay! The room was clean and cozy with a lovely view. Breakfast was hearty, and the atmosphere was inviting. The location is perfect, right in the heart of everything. I'll definitely be back! 😊

I found the room quite cramped with limited storage, making it difficult to manage my winter gear. The blinds did not block out the constant daylight well, which disrupted my sleep cycle. Additionally, the lack of a safe or minibar in the room was disappointing, especially for a hotel in such a unique location.

I had a delightful stay at Svalbard Hotell | The Vault. The location was superb, right across the street from the grocery store. The breakfast provided was outstanding, offering a variety of options like hot items and fresh pastries.

I had a wonderful honeymoon at svalbard hotell. The breakfast was great with a variety of options, and the warm, clean room had a fantastic shower. This stay exceeded my expectations from my previous visit to the city.
